Security review request for VISS and VIAS

The W3C Automotive Working Group has been working on service
specifications for clients to be able to connect to a vehicle in order
to get, set and subscribe to vehicle signals data.

Vehicle Information API Specification
https://w3c.github.io/automotive/vehicle_information_api/vehicle_information_api_specification.html

These are the versions on which the WG requests wide and horizontal
review. The Working Group plans to publish as a Candidate
Recommendation pending comments from these reviews. Comments are
requested by 3 October 2017.
