ActiveX is covered.

OLE traditionally was a LOCAL MACHINE operation.  OLE II or COM and DCOM was
the next step up to make it network ready.  So it is COM/DCOM is covered
too.

Not OLE, but COM/DCOM.  All the same basically the same thing.
