That's not the test in this pull request, but yes, I'm aware that it fails. In Blink the problem is that seeks to currentTime are ignored. In Gecko the problem is that seeking is still true in the timeupdate event. In Presto the problem is that the events are fired in the wrong order, and other minor things.
