This is correct per spec, but I worry that the run-time behavioral aspects of the visibility algorithm for the named properties object will be difficult to implement in a performant manner. (Specifically that dynamically-added expandos on objects from which the named properties object inherits, cause the otherwise-exposed named properties to no longer be visible.)
