The argument is whether to fire the error if user doesn't use utf-8. Could we make an agreement now @Velmont @AFBarstow @Ms2ger ? In my opinion: a) If we agree no error fired, then remove this case. b) If we agree to fire an error, the spec description needs update, drop this patch and keep the original case. If a) selected, to ensure the test coverage of SSE spec, we could create a new positive test to check utf-8 instead.
