alternative time for design WG call on Feb 1st

Hi folks.

We scheduled our next WG call [1] for Feb 1st (next Thursday) @ 11AM PST.

Unfortunately I just discovered that I have a one-off conflict for next
week that I can't move and won't be able to make that time. Any chance we
could move it to:

(a) later time on the same day: 1:30PM PST?
(b) Feb 5th (following Monday) @ 11AM PST?

Apologies about the hassle.
