It appears that IE has a toJSON method on these that affects what 
JSON.stringify returns.  I see nothing like that in the spec; is it 
supposed to be there?

Note that this was an issue with other specs produced by this working 
group as well; feedback to that effect [1] was completely ignored; UAs 
ended up having to reverse-engineer each other to converge on 
interoperable behavior.

Please consider this implementor feedback on PerformanceResourceTiming, 
though it sure would be nice if this group's other specifications were 
fixed to reflect reality.
