Meeting Summary:

1. Resource Timing Test Cases

Thanks to the updates by Pan and James, the Intel and Google submitted Resource Timing test cases are now running on IE10. While IE passes most of the tests, there are a few failures that I will follow up on to see whether they are IE bugs, test case bugs, or spec bugs prior to approving these test cases.

2. Diagnostics and Errors

We are planning on discussing Diagnostics and Error Logging in the first half of next week's call.

3. Prerender

We are planning on discussing what is scope and out of scope for the prerender spec in the second half of next week's call.
