What's a TCP request?

Hi Team,

                Please see the attached screenshot. I noticed this on the W3.org site the other day. I think we should try to clean this up e.g. s/TCP Request/HTTP Request/g & so on.

                I'll admit to being somewhat skeptical about the value of this data for performance analysis purposes.
