I committed the new test in the approved repository and updated the CR
results:
 http://www.w3.org/2012/04/navigation_timing_cr_results.html

The test passes on IE9, IE10 and Chrome 18. It fails on Firefox 12 and
Chrome 20. Tony, is there a way for you to check my results on Chrome?

Philippe
