Spec Updates - Action 21, 59, 61, 64, 74, 75

I have made spec updates based on Action 59, 61, 64, and 74 and Karen has updated test cases based on Action 21 and 75. Please review these changes.


-          Page Visibility

o    ACTION 59: Do not define string constants.

§  Removed string constants from visibilityState

§  Update vendor prefix section to no longer use string constants

o    Fixed typos and style issues



-          Navigation Timing

o    ACTION 21: Updated test_navigation_type_reload.html

o    ACTION 75: Updated test_timing_attributes_order.html and added blank_page_unload.html



-          Resource Timing

o    ACTION 59: Do not define string constants.

§  Removed string constants from Performance interface

§  Updated initiatorType to no longer use string constants

§  Updated vendor prefix section to no longer use string constants



-          User Timing

o    ACTION 59: Do not define string constants.

§  Removed string constants from the Performance interface

§  Updated standard marks to be short constants

o    ACTION 61: Update the User Timing abstract and use cases to be clear.



-          Performance Timeline

o    ACTION 59: Do not define string constants.

§  Updated definition of entryType attribute of the PerformanceEntry interface to no longer use string constants

o    ACTION 74: Performance Timeline needs to be specific that getEntries methods return a copy of the data

o    ACTION 64: Update the Performance Timeline abstract and use cases to be clear.

o    Fixed typos and style issues
