Per last week's action items, I have made the following spec updates:

Performance Timeline spec - http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webperf/raw-file/tip/specs/PerformanceTimeline/Overview.html

*         ACTION-42: Created Performance Timeline spec

Navigation Timing spec - http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webperf/raw-file/tip/specs/NavigationTiming/Overview.html

*         Removed Performance Timeline, PerformanceEntry, PerformanceEntryList from Navigation Timing

*         Added reference to Performance Timeline

Resource Timing spec - http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webperf/raw-file/tip/specs/ResourceTiming/Overview.html

*         Removed ResourceStart from Resource Timing (same as startTime)

*         Updated text in Section 6 Privacy of Resource timing to refer to the "Timing-Allow" http header.

*         Updated [Supplemental] to "partial interface"

*         Updated links to point to Performance Timeline

*         Added reference to Performance Timeline

User Timing spec - http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webperf/raw-file/tip/specs/UserTiming/Overview.html

*         Added measure exception in User Timing

*         ACTION-41: Updated [Supplemental] to "partial interface"

*         Updated links to point to Performance Timeline

*         Added reference to Performance Timeline

Page Visibility spec - http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webperf/raw-file/tip/specs/PageVisibility/Overview.html

*         ACTION-44: WebIDL Reference added to Page Visibility

*         visibilityState attribute changed to DOMString from short
