What metrics are being considered here? Because from what I know audio/video
streaming bring in a whole new array of metrics like how long the video
played, how much time was spent on buffering, no of rebuffers seen, no of
disconnects and many more.

Is the proposed analysis along similar lines or is it entirely different?
Links to documents/reports related to this would be helpful.

Also as Zhiheng said having this in a separate spec is a better idea.
