[Navigation Timing] handshakeStart is ambiguous

Hi guys,

During code review, it was pointed out that the name "handshakeStart" is
ambiguous. There are other handshakes that occur during a connection. For
Navigation Timing, we're really just referring to the SSL handshake. What do
you think about renaming this member to "sslHandshakeStart" or similar?
