About In-App Billing

Hi All,

In-App Billing for digital good are one type of web payments.
Mozilla has such API: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Marketplace/Monetization/In-app_payments
And Android also provides similar ones: http://developer.android.com/google/play/billing/index.html

Does anyone work on standard of it? Is there any plan, or study in this field?
