I have had a draft in my inbox for quite some time about how other vendors,
like GNOME, and it's browser, Epiphany, are not happy with the spec as
currently documented.

The WHATWG specification solves our concerns. I would prefer not to see the
W3C specification pushed through to prevent confusion, even though I am in
no way part of the WG.
