Solicitation for tests

Hello WG!

It’s been a little while, but we’re on our way of exiting LC. The last piece is writing up the test suite for the spec [1].

It looks like we already have a little over a dozen manual tests already (thanks, Intel!). We need more in the following areas:

* Events beyond onshow
* BCP 47 tests for .language
* Maybe porting useful tests from WebKit's notifications tests?

My goal is to have the test suite complete by March. Your help is appreciated!
