We've not had a chair for the Web Notifications working group for several
months now, and despite efforts to try to recruit a new chair, we've not
had anybody step forward yet.

So, this is a heads-up to the members of the working group and to the
subscribers on this list that we plan to shut the group down very soon.

If you or your organization care to see a Web Notifications specification
proceed on to eventually becoming a W3C standard enough to volunteer
chairing leadership for this group, this is pretty much your last chance to
step forward and contact me and/or Philippe Le Hegaret to let us know
before we shut the group down permanently.
