@cyberphone Well, assuming this would be really kind from you. I never saw an open-ended smartcard. Even if it is open-ended, what would be the fishing angle here ? Structure of the card ? Existing app ? Locked memory ? What about if app listing is disabled as all open-ended do or should do ?
