wcarr has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/web-nfc: == update charter with newer template == changes have been made to the charter template from feedback from bluetooth cg and AC discussions. For instance, it makes it clearer that CGs usually do things by whatever informal process they want. The charter provides fallbacks for when there is disagreement about whether the result was fair.
