I will try to get our identity work up to scratch by tomorrow ready for us to entice some people to work on it in the way marcos suggested.

Marcos - just to let you know, I am copying a lot of the structure (and even some of the words) from the installable web apps document. I really hope you don't mind! Hopefully there will be something for you to gloss over quickly before the call tomorrow!
