New Proposed Recommendations and Network Task Force

Hey guys!

There have been a few new proposed recommendations this week on the W3C Chairs list!

Both offer some great new scenarios for apps on mobile! If you have any thoughts on the recommendations then let this list know, and we can pass them onto the editors.
