James, All - is the Web Intents TF meeting during DAPIWG's March f2f
meeting?

If yes, will there be a voice conference bridge for remote participants?

...

<fjh> 20-22 March 2012; Shenzhen, China, hosted by Huawei. Reminder regarding
visa and invitation letter request. Logistics:

fjh: if you haven't gotten a visa and you need one

... you should send in your information NOW so that they can get you your
offer letter

... I think we need to allocate time for TF items at the F2F

... but darobin, we could coordinate this offline

darobin: I agree

... the chair of the Intents TF wants to meet

... I think it would make sense to do that on the first day

... given that a number of our other items depend on Intents

... it makes sense to do it early

... He needs to survey the Intents TF to see who would attend

... I don't think it would be many outside of the regular DAP attendees

... maybe 3-5
