I don't expect either of these need to be covered by specifications from
the TF (especially §12).

They're just things that we might want to encourage (§11) and to some
extent ensure we at least passively enable or at least don't actively
prevent.

They're roughly enhanced scenarios for the environment (trying not to call
them Use Cases).
