jyasskin has just created a new issue for https://github.com/WebBluetoothCG/web-bluetooth: == Don't overload [[allowedServices]] to decide whether .gatt is null == >From #281, it was too lazy to have the scanning spec just leave `[[allowedServices]]` empty in order to flag that `BluetoothDevice.gatt` should be `null`. Instead, we should have a dedicated flag saying whether the site has permission to connect.
