[api] Conference Call Canceled on March 5 and March 19 - Next CC will be on April 2

Hello,

Some key participants will be traveling in the next a few weeks for different types of business. Web & TV workshop will be on March 12 & 13. And TV Connect will be on March 18-20.

So it is decided to cancel our 2 conference calls on March 5 and March 19.

Our next conference call will be resumed on April 2nd.

Meanwhile, let's progress our work via email, including:

-          Approval of WG Note of Phase 1 Gap Analysis

-          Use Case proposal for Phase 2
