Notes from today meeting

Hi all,
attached are the (rough) notes from today meeting as edited live.

I will get back to people that volunteered to lead new TFs and coordinate  
with them to help kick start these new groups.
I'll also keep the list posted about all other activities that are not  
inside TFs but that require input from all IG participants.

Note that some of these discussions, in particular some of the liaison  
discussions, may be carried on the members list (member-web-and-tv@w3.org)  
and not on the public list. (all group members should be automatically  
subscribed to that). So make sure to check both lists.

(the "may" is related to the fact that I need to check with the liaison  
contacts what level of confidentiality is required)
