[profile] Structure of the profile document

Hi all,
I updated the draft profile to document to show a possible structure and  
hints of what different sections could contain.
There isn't much text in it but I hope that we can use the current version  
as a starting point for further discussion.

Please feel free to comment on it and provide feedbacks of any kind. In  
particular, the text is NOT intended to be a placeholder, so if you see
