Hi Yosuke, thanks for updating the charter. Few comments: #1 "On the other hand, the EITF will not deal with the mitigation and preparedness phases." ->not sure what does this mean. Could you elaborate? #2 I'm wondering if you should add to the deliverable also an analysis of the standards currently in use for emergency notification. This may be implicitely included through use cases, but is probably a good thing to point it out explicitly #3 "The EITF will work with HTML WG to identify gaps in the existing technologies to address these use cases and requirements that specifications need to address in order to cover such gaps" -> not sure this is possible (html group is quite busy). How did you envision this cooperation? Maybe this sentence needs some clarification #4 "The EITF will work with the eGov IG to identify possible requirements overlaps and cooperative way to deal with them." -> Did you already talk with the eGov IG chairs?
