TheMedia Annotations Working Group 
<http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Annotations/>invites implementation of 
the Candidate Recommendation ofAPI for Media Resources 1.0 
<http://www.w3.org/TR/2011/CR-mediaont-api-1.0-20111122/>. This 
specification defines an API to access metadata information related to 
media resources on the Web. The overall purpose is to provide developers 
with a convenient access to metadata information stored in different 
metadata formats. The Working Group is developing atest suite 
<http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Annotations/drafts/API/testsuite.html>during
