RE: [MEDIA_PIPELINE_TF] <track> change bug

Thank you Bob. This addressed my previously raised issue on the mailing list.

Only two comments on the "Possible solutions" area.
1. The metadata may have modified and not only added or removed. An example is that the manifest may not reflect the actual data conveyed in the stream. Or the description for a track may have changed from one program to another but still be english language. In this case the track id may still be the same.
2. If there is a metadata change is it possible to give an indication of which track so not all tracks need to be checked again.
