Re: IG charter: status and schedule

Hi Giuseppe,

I am glad to see you on this ML.

I apologize to you for taking time to send my comments on the draft
charter.

Now I am writing my suggestion to revise it slightly because I think it
would be better if we add some flavor of broadcaster's view to it.

I am planning to send it to the ML in a few days.
