I would remove the sentences about segments and axes, and just say that  
the TV services (as described) and Web services as described are members  
of the set of things we are trying to develop in the scope of the group.  
Or something like that - the explanation makes sense but the bit about  
segments and axes makes it seem complex and I don't think it is.
