Andrew,

Michael will be providing this to you when he puts his pen down at the 
end of the day today.  I'm working with him on checking the final TF 
approved (all editorial) edits even as I type this.

I expect it will be at http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/wcag2ict (that is where 
we are staging it now).


Note: in addition to that text, we are developing a second presentation 
of the text that includes the ability to expand/collapse all of the 
quoted "Intent from Understanding" text, to make it easier to find & 
read the new content from WCAG2ICT. I don't know what the URI for that 
will be, but Michael will provide it.
