Re: A stray mention of "conformance" in SC 4.1.1

Mike, all,

 From working with Michael at various points earlier today, I believe 
"the horse has left the barn" at this point.  We'll pick this up when we 
return to work on the document after it's publication as the 3rd public 
draft.

I've just started the wiki page Issues and Edits post-3rd public draft 
<https://sites.google.com/site/wcag2ict/issues-and-edits-post-3rd-public-draft> 
for this and other items we find.
