Re: About ISO 9241-171 (Re: WCAG2ICT Meeting minutes for 18-Sept-2011)

Andi, thank you for the clarification. I knew that it was a comment that
wasn't agreed but my email was not clear enough. My intention has only been
to provide an "insider's view" of what was the intent on ISO 9241-171 with
respect to regulation.
