actions after 19 June meeting

Hi,

I have updated LC 587 (form labels; SC 4.1.2) and LC 795 (word order in HtM 
1.3.3) in the database. I have also added a link to the proposed technique 
'Using semantic markup whenever color cues are used' in LC 558.
