HTML technique - definition lists

Hello everyone,

Attached you will find my stab at an HTML technique for definition lists.

For the purists among you: yes, H1 and H2 are missing. I decided to keep the
heading numbers from the existing techniques document where each technique
starts with a H3. That way, it's more easy to integrate this technique in
the existing document.
