Hi,

I've finished the techniques for SC 1.1.5 (see 
http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=How_to_Meet_Success_Criterion_1.1.5).

The CSS technique does not have test files yet, but it has some nice 
examples (e.g. CSS for rounded corners).
