Updates to Team A work page

Hi all,

I've just updated the Team A work [1] with (I hope) all of the relevant
action items and status info for our group.

For each technique on our lists, I've attempted to update the status
with remaining comments to be addressed and to-do items, links to
relevant surveys or discussions and

Quick summary:

1.) Results from the last 1.1 survey have yet to be discussed. There are
a couple of techniques that are in need of additional user agent and AT
testing.

2.) All of the 1.2 techniques are ready to be converted to XML

3.) 1.4 and 2.3 need some cleanup based on survey comments, but are
nearly complete.

4.) 3.2 has a few items marked "READY FOR SURVEY." Please review these
to make sure they are as complete as possible. 4-5 others in this
category need cleanup, need to be combined with other techniques per
last week's resolutions or need to be drafted.

5.) For 4.1, there's a good deal of work ahead of us. The How to meet
documents need cleanup to match the others and many of the techniques
need to be drafted.

Please review in preparation for tomorrow's call and let me know if
there's anything I've missed.
