That is a nice test, but it affects all users, not just people with 
disabilities.
A "Failure due to using document.write() in XHTML documents that are served 
with MIME type application/xhtml+xml" is also very different from what the 
author of the original technique 
(http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-SCRIPT-TECHS/#doc-write) had in mind (whatever 
that was).
