Re: Inviting Guests to RDWG Meetings

Hi Yeliz,

Thank you for checking-in with the group. I think this is a great idea.

Such meetings require approval by the Working Group, its Staff Contact,
and its Chair(s). However, formally this will *not* be a regular weekly
meeting of RDWG but an informal coordination call with external guests.
Per our current Charter we are assigned to do this (point 3.2).

We could still hold this "informal coordination call" during the usual
RDWG meeting time or at a more suitable time but it's not an RDWG call.

Best,
   Shadi

As we have already discussed, we all think that it would be good to discuss the findings of this workshop in the Mobile Accessibility RDWG Note. After the workshop (may be sometime in May, possibly after W4A), We think it would be good to invite the organisers of this workshop to a RDWG weekly meeting to discuss their findings. The results of this discussion (findings of the workshop) can then be incorporated into the future work section of the RDWG Note. What do you all think about this?
