TC4R Symposium - questions for authors

Hi all

Attached is a document with proposed questions for each TC4R symposium
author, for consideration at today's call.

For context, the table lists suggested questions that we will ask
specific authors during the symposium, based on:
- the match of their submission to questions included in the call for
submissions;
- specific issues raised in their submission material;
- author responses to requests for specific questions they would like to
answer.

NB This list does not mean that a specific author will be asked all of
the general questions listed against their name, but the assumption is
that they will have an opinion to offer on each; similarly, authors are
free to answer other questions not listed against their name.

Best wishes
Dave
