We did evaluation of conference management systems 10 and 5 years ago and decided to develop and use our own one due to accessibility problems. But this has hopefully changed considerably.

I have not evaluated the system for its accessibility so I cannot comment on this. May be others on the list have previously looked at its accessibility.
