(minor corrections) pre-publication draft for metrics report ready

Dear RDWG,

Minor corrections have been made to the pre-publication draft:

#1. Sentence "Accessibility metrics in addition to web accessibility 
conformance testing help better grasp the accessibility level of 
websites [...]" has been changed to "Accessibility metrics help indicate 
the accessibility level of websites [...]" ;

#2. Typos fixed per Giorgio's feedback
