We are working on the announcements around the CfP. I hope to be able to 
announce early next week but note some of the open issues (HTML 
template, finalizing precise date, etc).

Our main announcement is an e-mail to WAI Interest Group (IG), which you 
are then welcome to forward to other relevant lists.
