[Eval TF] closing this group

Dear Eval TF,

Your accomplishments:

Last July this Task Force published "Website Accessibility Conformance
Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM) 1.0":

With support of European Commission (EC) funding (WAI-ACT Project) and
contribution by the Accessibility Foundation, we were able to develop,
through the WAI Education and Outreach Working Group (EOWG), the first
version of the WCAG-EM Report Tool:

The full source code for this tool, issues list, and plans for future
work is openly available on GitHub:

We also hope to be able to extend and where needed revise WCAG-EM in the
future. Please continue to send your observations, thoughts, and ideas
to the publicly archived mailing list:
  - public-wcag-em-comments@w3.org

For now we will be closing this Task Force. However, there is lots of
other interesting areas of WAI work that you are welcome to contribute
to, in case you aren't already active in those. For example techniques
development for WCAG 2.0, the mobile accessibility task force, and the
cognitive and learning disabilities accessibility task force:

Please let me know if you have questions about getting involved with WAI
work or if you would like to learn more about contributing.

I enjoyed working with you on an important piece of work, WCAG-EM 1.0.

Regards,
   Shadi
