[input sought] WCAG-EM Report Tool v1.0

Dear Eval TF,

We are preparing version 1.0 of the WCAG-EM Report Tool:
  - http://www.w3.org/WAI/eval/report-tool/

Your feedback on this is very valuable, even if you currently do not use 
this (or such) a tool. We would appreciate it very much if you could 
spare a few moments to explore the tool and provide feedback.

In particular, there are a few known issues that we are debating, and 
your input to that discussion would be very useful as well:
