Dear Eval TF,

The *Eval TF call will be one hour earlier for US folks* for the next
three weeks:
  - Thursday 14 March
  - Thursday 21 March
  - Thursday 28 March

The reason for this is lack of international standards harmonization ;)

The meeting time will remain at 15:00-16:00 GMT for these three weeks,
please look up the precise meeting for your particular location:

As of April the meeting time will change back to the regular time (and
will affect colleagues in the southern hemisphere).
