In the Work Statement of this group we state:
[[Aggregating individual results into an overall conformance statement; this includes defining approaches for assessing the relative impact on failures, potentially through incorporating tolerance metrics]]

We have previously agreed that conformance is dependent on WCAG 2.0, which does not provide a concept for tolerance. We have reflected this in section 3.5.2 - Provide an Accessibility Statement (Optional).

We also have section 3.5.3 - Provide Performance Scores (Optional), that provides a scoring metric in addition to a conformance statement.

It is imaginable to think about using this score to provide classification (such as "traffic light"/"dashboard" visualization), that continues to be independent of the conformance claim. Further exploration of potential ideas and approaches need to be discussed and addressed in future drafts.
